The General Shareholders' Meeting is the maximum corporate body constituted by shareholders in the Company. The ordinary meeting must be held once a year and as many extraordinary meetings should be held as are required for an adequate fulfillment of all the functions assigned to it by the Corporate Bylaws.
The functioning and summoning of the Shareholder Meeting is governed by the Law, the Corporate Bylaws and the Corporate Governance Code.
Chapter II of the Corporate Governance Code contains the Regulations of the functioning of the General Meeting of Shareholders in which the following is regulated:
a. Information that should be provided to shareholders before the General Meeting is held.
e. Relevant decisions.
The proposal for the capitalization of occasional reserves that will be presented for the consideration of the shareholders will be available in our web page www.argos.co/ir during the summoning period.
